Exercise with friends or other people who share a common fitness interest with you (and make NEW friends in the process! If your job requires you to travel at least four times a month, ask your companys travel department to book you in hotels with gyms or a swimming pool. Are those three hours worth skipping during a given week when you know that years of optimum health can be yours if you had a positive attitude accompanied by reasonable doses of discipline?
