If you dont particularly look forward to being with the gym crowd, a dance class will help you stick to the program. We will borrow some of their guidelines, which we will summarize here:? They serve the NIH community (National Institutes of Health) and offer classes on yoga, yoga and aerobics. This is a great way to unwind for the evening, and an added bonus for the individual on the go.
